Marriage Prep
As a church, we have the responsibility to uphold marriage because it is deemed Holy by God. Therefore, we must do all we can to prepare couples for marriage.
All couples who wish to be married at The Ark Church are
required to take Marriage Prep with the Pastor at the church two or three times prior to the wedding. Marriage Prep is open to couples of all ages and
denominations who are dating, engaged or newly married. For more information regarding weddings, please enter info below.
Weddings at The Ark
The Ark Church is consecrated for the worship of God and used for worship services, funeral services, memorial services, weddings, vow renewals, and services of education under the doctrine of the Christian faith. We believe that the Bible is God’s Word to us. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is the truth without any mixture of
error. We believe, in accordance with the Holy Bible, that
Marriage is a Sacred Covenant, created by God, for one man and one woman, and that no person entering this Holy Covenant shall do so without the intent to remain in it until death.
Funerals & Memorial Services
The loss of a loved one, especially a family member or close friend, can be a difficult time, and we extend heartfelt condolences. As an extension of God’s love, we desire to walk with those who have suffered the loss of a loved one. Our facilities are available for funerals and memorial services. Guests, visitors, friends, non-members in search of a church home, and members alike are invited to inquire about The Ark Church hosting their loved one’s Christian funeral or memorial service. We strive to care for families pending availability of our pastors and facilities. For more information and to discuss availability, or to request a minister to officiate a funeral. Faith Based Counseling
